"Being from Out of town (300 miles away) to be except, I was very nervious and hesitant about expending so much money on my bike, but after talking to the owner on the phone and dealing w/ the guys at the shop, all my hesitations went away. I took the long trip from NY to Ohio and Once I got there, I felt so much better about the transaction..The guys at the shop were all great and professional. "Officially got my bike out for spring today. Other than my little scrappy scrappy and I found out that my stator cover is slowly leaking oil, I'm good to go. I really want to send out a special thanks to Independent Motorsports for all their exceptional hard work and dedication to their customers. Great customer service is what really keeps me coming back. They went way beyond what I would expect from any dealer. I bought a set of the Michelin Pilot Road 2ct tires from them, they feel stickier than when my Pirelli Corsa's were new. They hooked up me with an absolutely unbeatable price for installing them and they installed a new rear break assembly plate that I ordered from them at no additional cost. By the time I walked down the street for lunch and came back, the bike was done and ready to go. They even had washed her up. I mean my rims were completely full of a season's worth of road crap and chain lube that whoever washed them had to put in some serious elbow grease. I think I stared at my bike for an hour when I got home, it looked cleaner when I first bought it. That alone saved me hours of my time to clean her up. They also had a very very knowledgeable staff and a very cool girl who helped me tremendously with the many questions that I had. I would highly recommend Independent Motorsports to anyone, done deal. I love supporting locally owned businesses, and they exceeded all my expectations that I had. "I picked up my 2003 Kawasaki ZRX 1200R on 6/15/10, I had the title in hand on 6/19/10, of course I'm sure there will be no problems flipping the title to a rebuild. The purchese was an As-Is sale. I paid in full (10% PayPal Deposit on 5/15/10 & the balance by Cashiers Check sent 5/17/10) via U.S.mail. The bike was held and properly stored until my schedule allowed for me to drive there and pick the bike up (6/15/10). The management and staff were very attentive, prompt, and efficient. Great Bike, Great Experience! Odds are I'll probably be back, if not for me then for a friend! John E."

"On 02/02/200 we arrived at cycle search,Andrew was the first to greet us when we arrived and he was very friendly and helpful from the start. I came to look at two particular bikes and he advised me that one had already been sold but showed me the other, a 2000 Road King Classic. Within 5 minutes I made a cash offer and less than two minutes later it was a done deal !!!!! Quick ,painless just the way it should be. Justin was just as friendly as Andrew and made the paper work quick and easy just the same and was very honest and straight foward with me about the bike. While I was taking care of bussiness my wife was looking around and Andrew was very pleaseant and helpful to her as well. A few weeks later my wife and I were at the easy rider bike show and justin saw me walking by and made a point to talk to me and was just a freindly as the day I bought the bike.It is now 03/12/2010 And I got my Road King painted and on the road and it is AWSOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! "I bought my first street bike from Cycle Search and was extremely pleased with every aspect of the experience. The pictures they used were high quality and showed every little scratch and imperfection in the bike. When I got there they had the bike pulled up and cleaned and ready to go. I couldn't ride the bike because of the snow, but they ran the bike through all the gears and proved to me that there were no issues. "Sales department made my it easy and pressure free for me to find and pick a bike. I found the staff to be very friendly, polite, and helpful. They also gave me time to pick my bike up with no pressure for me to rush. On the day I did come to pick it it it had beed cleaned and ready for me to go. "So here I am, a forty something ex-biker looking to get back into motorcycling after a decade since my last ride. The boys at Cycle Search could not have done more to make the experience easy and pleasant from my first phone call to riding away with the bike. I found the bike after searching the web hi and low for a decent deal to ride to Moto GP 2009 at the Brickyard and then back home to Montreal. You should understand that I hate "stealerships" but the boys here must have some kind of NO-BS policy. Imagine my surprise when I first called and the people who answer the phones are, wait for it, POLITE! Dealing with Justin was easy; he held up his end of the deal as he promised and did it openly and courteously. He told me, straight up, what he could and could not do and for this he deserves respect. In my opinion, this is the only way to do business. There was also Andrew who was willing to go the extra mile and did just that when he picked me up from the airport in Columbus. Justin wasnt sure he would be able to do that but I guess the shop schedule eased up and he offered to do so. THAT'S SERVICE. When I got there, I met the gang and Dan was also, you guessed it, POLITE and willing to help. Enough blowing sunshine up their butts, lets talk bikes. You'll notice me on the photo page with the blue FJR1300. Anyone who tells you a salvage bike isnt roadworthy is full of hot air. I put 4000 miles on this bike the first month alone. This bike was deemed a total loss by the insurance company but CS brought it back to life and it hasnt missed a beat yet. Then the final kicker was a surprise package that arrived at my place a couple of months later which contained the Yamaha luggage rack that was recalled. Any other dealer would have listed that one on FLEABAY and pocketed the cash. Kudos to your parts team for that one. The last issue in my experience was a missing saddle bag liner which I assumed got lost along the way. Well, the person I bought the saddle bags from had it stashed in a storage locker and found it weeks after. I am expecting it any day now. Cycle Search proves you dont need to BS people to have a successful business. I'll be coming back for my next bike! Cheers!"

"Though the process of purchasing a salvage title motorcycle can be a test of patience, the staff at Cycle Search kept me abreast of everything that was going on with my bike. Mitch was great in locating the bike that I was looking for and through the sales process . Dan was equal when it came to getting the parts in and getting the bike put together. "Purchased a salvaged '08 Yamaha Raider. Minor damage and easy fix. They ordered the parts need to fix it already so all I had to do was to put it back together which saved me time & money. Also it was at a price that could not pass up. Just a side note with a salvage bike: Know what your looking at! Do your homework, thoroughly look the bike over in person. I bought mine 'as is' but I knew what I was getting after I went to look at it. They are friendly and helpful people so ask any questions you might have.
